6 months down, 5 more to go.
Been working on a “Flower of the Month” project. Got the list from here, and patterns from various free sources online & a couple of books - 100 Flowers to Knit & Crochet & Nicky Epstein's Crocheted Flowers. Going to skip July’s Water Lily/Larkspur choice & make a bunch of leaves and vines to fill in the Styrofoam spaces on the edges.
That’s all the crafting photos I have for now.
These are lovely. I'm also crocheting flowers. It seems flowers are all I can manage now with limited time. Last night for some strange reason, I dreamt that I had crocheted a whole scarf! Then I discovered somewhere down the middle I had dropped a stitch and was debating what to do when I woke up.
ReplyDeleteDearest sweet Tammy, this wrath is soo beautiful!! I love the gorgeous flowers so much. Have a lovely merry happy week and love to you!
ReplyDeletewow cool wreath can't wait to see it when it's done. You are so talented with the needles I can only do squares and such no flowers. Thanks for sharing. Have a crafty week.

What a fun project! I look forward to continuing to see your progress.
ReplyDeleteLove the wreath! Very sweet.
ReplyDelete100 Flowers! I knew a few of these looked familiar when I visited on flickr. If we both weren't already too busy i would challenge you to make all 100 with me!!
ReplyDeleteDi also got me the 75 birds, butterflies and beasts last spring and I am dying to make all the shrooms.
I am so so jealous of you. I haven't had time to try out anything. So i am living vicariously through you and enjoying the progress on your flower of the month wreath. It is coming along so beautifully. Can't wait to see it completed.
I like the different flowers. That is a nice project idea, too. Create different flowers and then add it to the wreath. I look forward to seeing it when it is done.
ReplyDeleteHow cool!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to share your post with a friend who crochets. She's made me some flowers.
