- Oregano
- Cut and laid out on cooling rack in a sunny spot.
- Window screen mesh (stapled to frame) on top so it doesn’t blow away as it dries.
- Bottled, labeled and packed with oil and vinegar in a bucket for a gift.

ReplyDeleteNow...why haven't I ever tried drying in the sun instead of using my dehydrater. Bet the flavor is better if it's sun-dried too!. Thanks for this tip / reminder.
